At Street Culture Tours, we understand that plans can change. Below are our cancellation and refund policies:
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance: receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour.
Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours before the tour: are eligible for a 50% refund or free rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour, or no-shows: are non-refundable, since guides and spots are booked in advance.
Tours canceled by Street Culture Tours (extreme weather, force majeure, or public events): will receive a full refund or rescheduling, at the guest’s choice.
All refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through the same payment method used at purchase.
